Our lab testing is unique due to both the incredible accuracy and extensive ability to go beyond health symptoms to determine the cause of your health concerns. You have the option to discuss during your consultation which tests best fit your needs or to order tests on your own by visiting our lab test shop.
Simply book a consultation where we can discuss your health concerns and each lab test in depth. Doing so will allow us to create a nutrition game plan that fits your health needs so you can get better.
Our MCN testing is the quantitative detecting of intracellular and extracellular micronutrients that provide a short-term and long-term understanding of your vitamin, mineral and nutrient status. We test over 30 vitamins, minerals, and nutrients including an iron panel and omega fatty acids. This test will provide you an accurate report of your vitamin, mineral and nutrient deficiencies within your cells which you can balance once you know what your deficiencies are.
Our wheat sensitivity panel includes gluten, celiac, non-gluten wheat and intestinal permeability testing. This test will provide an understanding if you have a sensitivity to wheat, gluten, and non-gluten wheat. You also will be tested for celiac and how permeable (meaning how much your gut allows particles to leak out) your gut walls are. This test will tell you if you have a leaky gut which can be the cause of many health issues.
Food sensitivities are your body’s response to certain foods that can occur hours to days after they are consumed. Your immune system reacts to food sensitivity with IgG and IgA immunoglobulins. We test the IgG and IgA in over 180 foods to provide you with a deeper understanding of what foods your body may be sensitive to. We also relate this to a possible leaky gut issue which can be the root cause of food sensitivities.
Food allergies are your body’s response to certain foods that can occur after they are consumed. Your immune system reacts to food sensitivity with IgE immunoglobulins. We test the IgE in over 96 foods to provide you with a deeper understanding of what foods your body may be allergic to. We also relate this to a possible leaky gut issue which can be the root cause of food sensitivities. We also test for inhalant allergens for animal dander, mold, grasses, insects, mites, trees and shrubs, and weeds.
Our Gut Microbiome testing is a health analytic testing based on the bacteria or microbiome of your body. We test over 100 healthy bacteria in your gut or should be in your gut through stool testing. This test will provide you with a thorough understanding of which good bacteria you have and which you are lacking, giving you a better understanding as to what probiotic is right for your gut. It also provides me with a deeper understanding of possible health issues that are related to deficiencies of particular bacteria. This test also has a separate pathogen test that includes testing for bad bacteria, parasites, and fungi such as yeast which provides an answer if you have a Candida issue.
MTHFR mutation is a genetic mutation that is inherited by your parents. There are a few variations of this mutation that carry their own risks. Having an MTHFR mutation reduces the body’s ability to convert synthetic folic acid to active folate. As a result of this reduced ability, the metabolism and status of many nutrients, such as B12, B6, glutathione, and homocysteine, can suffer gravely, leaving severe deficiencies. Certain health issues are linked with MTHFR, as well. Knowing if you have an MTHFR mutation and if so, taking the proper nutritional measures can drastically improve health-related issues.
Our heavy metal testing is a urine-based assay testing the 20 most common heavy metal elements, with an option for provoked and non-provoked ordering, such as but not limited to, aluminum, arsenic, barium, cadmium, lead, mercury, nickel, tellurium, thallium, tin and uranium.
The Food Additives test includes 57 of the most common food additives used in food farming, manufacturing, and
processing such as fluoride, titanium dioxide, lecithin, polysorbate 80, MSG, sodium citrate, 15 food dyes and coloring, BPA, latex, guar gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan, glyphosate, deltamethrin, BHA, BHT, citric acid, formaldehyde, sodium benzoate, sodium nitrate, artificial sweeteners, stevia, monk fruit, xylitol, erythritol and more! Food Additive testing can be very useful to help determine the true cause of the sensitivity and prioritize an elimination or rotation diet to reduce symptoms related to food additive sensitivities
Neurotransmitters are the chemical messengers that facilitate the transmission of signals from one neuron to the next across a synapse. Neurotransmitters influence and regulate a wide range of processes such as mental performance, emotions, pain response, and energy levels. This test is a comprehensive panel of 28 neurotransmitters which determine when symptoms are directly or indirectly related to neurotransmitter levels, and when additional testing may be appropriate.
Our full thyroid panel testing does not leave out any portion of thyroid testing as many medical labs do. This provides a thorough understanding of your thyroid function. This test includes T3, Free T3, TSH, RT3, T4, Free T4, Anti-TPO, and Anti-TG as opposed to many medical labs that only include a T3 and maybe a TSH and/or T4. This test is so successful in our office in detecting underlying thyroid issues that are being missed in the medical area, because it is a FULL thyroid panel testing, not leaving out any aspect needed.
Just like the thyroid panel, our hormone panel testing does not leave out any portion of hormone testing as many medical labs do. This is a full panel of either male or female hormones that allow us to look in-depth for possibly underlying hormone issues such as low testosterone, high estrogen or an imbalance infertility hormones.
Just like the thyroid and hormone panels, our testing is extensive, not leaving out portions of cardiac testing as many medical labs do. This test will provide you with a Cardiac Assessment Risk, Diabetes Type 2 Assessment Risk and overall short-term report of your healthy fat status such as Omega 3,6, and 9.
