Cancelations and Refund Policy

 CANCELATIONS AND NO-SHOWS 

There is a $50 cancellation and No-Show Fee for all functional medicine and nutrition visits with Dr. Sulsenti. We take your health and time seriously, putting aside time dedicated to you and no other patients. Dr. Sulsenti prepares ahead for your visit(s) and is committed to the allotted time allowed just for you. If a visit is canceled or missed, it cannot be rescheduled without the Cancelation and No-Show Fee paid in full.

REFUND POLICY

There are non-refundable payment policies that are explained upfront before purchasing any nutrition program and/or lab testing. You will be made aware of these policies and asked to be in agreement with them before purchasing. Refunds are also given based on the program/ labs chosen and the policy per each option. Again, all refunds and policies are explained in full prior to purchasing, asking for you to be in full agreement with such policies. We work to provide a fair agreement, understanding unfortunate circumstances that may arise while also respecting the work and time allotted by Dr. Sulsenti to prepare and provide your functional medicine and nutrition visits.
